Primary Sports Festival August 12, 2022
Christwood’s 5th Annual Sports Festival took off after a two year break. It was a spectacular event with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere.
The Guest of Honour, Mr. Corleigh Robert Stixrud, Principal, Kodaikanal International School, addressed the children to not give up on sports and shared inspiring incidents from the lives of athletes. He was accompanied by his wife, Ms.Nandita Banerjee Stixrud, Project Manager of Gartner and Associates. A special guest, Mr. David Appasamy, Head, Brand & Strategy, Social Beat, also graced the occasion.
The children of Grades 1 to 5 showcased a variety of displays which were energetic and foot-tapping. It was indeed a visual treat! Not to forget, the parents of our school showed great enthusiasm and team spirit on the field. It was undoubtedly a memorable day for all.
