“The Day began at Christwood with solemn moments, reflecting on the Nation’s struggle for Independence and thereafter the adoption of the Constitution that governs the Independent India, which signifies the Republic Day.
Students and Teachers gathered to witness our esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Anil Meshram I.A.S., Principal Secretary to the Government of India, unfurl the National Flag and deliver the Republic Day address. His profound insights on the significance of the DAY, and words of wisdom on the importance of education enriched the young minds. He emphasised the need for Teachers and Parents to guide and handhold the wards to success.
The diverse performances featuring dance, skit, debate, poem, Villupattu showcased the cultural diversity of our Nation and focused on raising awareness about child labour. Articles from the Constitution dealing with Child Labour were explored.
